Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the Criminal Justice System
A retired judge — Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga — was asked by the President to investigate very serious allegations made by a top police general. The allegations say powerful people inside the police and government were protecting criminals. The commission is gathering evidence in public so the country can see what is true.
