Powers and functions of President (including 84(2)(f) commissions)
Powers the President can exercise without needing Parliament first — including (2)(f) the power to appoint a commission of inquiry, and, when read with the SIU Act, the line under which a Presidential Proclamation is signed to activate the SIU.
